A Boxego Timeline journal entry...

At 2:56am on 20th July 1969 Neil Armstrong stepped out of Apollo 11 on into the history books as the first man to walk on the moon. Armstrong and his fellow astronaut Buzz Aldrin spent about two and a half hours outside the spacecraft collecting lunar rocks and other materials in-between sightseeing and playing golf.

Their moonwalk was famously broadcast on live TV to a worldwide audience and Armstrong can be heard to say the now almost immortal words, “one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind”.
